What is Universe RPG?!?!
Glad you asked! Universe RPG is a Batch game (runs on the command line) where you have an endless adventure (yes, it's endless unless you play the story mode, of course) slaying dragons, grabbin' loot, and buying tons of stuff you don't really need!
It's really a work of art, and the story mode makes you think as you play. Some parts of the story mode require you to think of things you learned during your adventure. Some parts of the story require you to.. THINK FAST! Haha, just kidding, no bombs are gonna come out of your screen while you're reading this. But you do need to think fast during the story mode.
How big is the game as in size on a computer? (KB, MB, GB, etc.)
It's actually over 30 MB. Isn't that crazy? Yes, this command line game with ASCII graphics is over 30 MB. Sounds big, right? Most of it is actually MP3 audio files and routines in the code for the game.

Go to the Download section of this webpage. You'll find the installer there. Open the installer, go through the prompts, and start playing!
Can I contribute to Universe RPG?
Yes! If you can, please do! First off, Universe RPG is programmed using Batch, which is a programming language that goes back to the days of MS-DOS (1980's!) so it's gonna be a little tough to learn. Actually, in my opinion, it's quite simple, and it only took me about 1 hour to learn how to use Batch efficiently. Look up tutorials on the web! (YouTube/Google is your friend!) If you already know a lot of Batch or have learned Batch now, sign up for Atlassian BitBucket. BitBucket is where our work repository is located. Don't worry, it's totally free. If you already have a BitBucket account or have just now signed up for it, you'll need to install the latest version of Git and configure it. Also, make sure you learn basic Git commands. Also keep in mind that you should know a few more advanced things, because you never know what can happen! If you already have Git or have just now installed it, create a folder for UniverseRPG on your computer. Then, go to our Git repository on BitBucket and fork the repository. Clone your fork, edit it, commit changes, push them to your fork, and send us a pull request. If your code gets in the game, we'll credit you using your BitBucket username.
